Customer Service Administrator

Our well-established client is recruiting for an experienced individual to Support customer requirements to deliver excellent customer service from order acceptance through to delivery of product. 

Ensuring a Right First Time attitude to all customer orders.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Maintain effective communication with customers
  • Receive new orders from customers and process on SAP after checking availability, price and agreeing a delivery date with the customer and subsequently keeping customers advised of any delays
  • Arrange sample requests and pre-shipment samples
  • Log and follow through customer complaints
  • Creation of new Accounts
  • Ensure Customer Master Data is kept up to date
  • Process end of Month Consignment stock usage
  • Close contact with departments that have a direct effect on Customer Service

 

Essential Criteria:

  • Good administrative skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Previous sales administration/customer service administration experience
