471/08 Team Leader Cheshire £24,000 per
annum
You will provide ongoing support and
control to develop a team of multi-skilled individuals, who will operate
as a self regulating manufacturing unit empowered to provide customer
satisfaction whilst meeting the needs and requirements of the company.
DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES will include:
1.
Ensure that all work activities and
records comply with Company Policies, Procedures and Codes of Practice
2.
Maintain the necessary conditions for an
effective and safe working environment
3.
Strive to achieve agreed KPI targets and
regularly communicate with your team on these and other Company and
Departmental issues
4.
Ensure that induction training and
immediate on the job training is carried out
5.
Ensure that all operations within their
areas of responsibility are planned and work is allocated to meet the
customer delivery requirement
6.
Monitor and control the utilisation of
materials and equipment
7.
Ensure that tooling controls and that
stock and waste are monitored and kept to a minimum
8.
Ensure all personnel are fully trained to
carry out work allocated to them and are responsible for the quality of
their output
9.
Carry out an appraisal interview with
members of the team as and when required
10.
Create training plans and maintain records
for individuals and the team
11.
Maintain records and review work
performance and provide feedback to individuals by written and oral
communication
12.
Endeavour to ensure that morale is high in
the department and all employees are motivated
13.
Establish and maintain communication with
the Work’s Manager reporting all issues and information which appertain to
the efficient running of the company. Discuss and implement any measures
which may be required to meet the company’s performance targets, alerting
the Work’s Manager as soon as possible to any shortcomings so that
recovery plans can be put into operation
14.
Assist in the implementation of the
company’s anti-discriminatory, disciplinary and grievance procedures to
uphold work and behaviour standards, maintaining records of proceedings
and outcomes whilst observing rules of confidentiality
15.
Support the implementation of Lean, Health
& Safety, Environmental standards and all other company initiatives
16.
Ensure supervision of personnel - extra
hours will be needed to be worked, if operations require it, both in the
week as well as on weekends. This will include, as necessary,
participation in the night shift rota
17.
To agree to additional training as
required by the Company, both internal and external. All approved training
will be paid for by the Company but may require unpaid attendance or work
outside of standard working hours
18.
To fully support the planning system by
ensuring controls are operated according to departmental requirements and
that routings and timing are accurately maintained.
19.
To maintain a high level of activity and
enthusiasm for the continuous improvement of processes, product and people
20.
To train as a First Aider as emergency
back up to the rest of the team

Staffs £25,000 per annum. Training for telemarketers and telesales
department. Compiling and delivering training for new starters. Completing
refresher courses and delivering training for issues highlighted in
performance reviews. All of this in relation to call centre operatives.
Previous call centre management or training experience is essential.
Training to be delivered to team of 25 plus an average of 20 regional sales
representative.

469/08 Electrical Design Engineer Cheadle up to
£25,000 per annum. 17th Edition or excellent relevant experience required.
Using AutoCAD. Will need to be conversant with DOL, ASD, SC and appropriate
abbreviations to describe full understanding or role. Duites will include
producing drawings for Pumps and Valves etc.

475/08 Senior Welding Engineer
Congleton £27,000-£30,000 per annum.
1.
To liaise with Sales, Engineering and Lean
departments to ensure best practice production techniques are implemented at
both quotation and design stages of new product / production processes.
2.
To maintain a high standard of health and
safety based upon safe working practices.
3.
To ensure that all practices support the
Companies Environmental Policy.
4.
To help maintain a high standard of
housekeeping based upon clean working practices.
5.
Purchase of consumables and minor equipment to meet the
immediate requirements of the department up to an agreed monetary limit.
6.
Recommend capital expenditure.
7.
Monitoring of Acid plant process to ensure
successful operation.
8.
To ensure adequate welding support cover at
all times.
9.
To ensure that the welding team remains
highly motivated and targeted to achieving the agreed roles.
10.
Deputise for the Lean Coordinator in his
absence.
11.
Support the Lean Coordinator in the
recruitment process.
12.
To help maintain a high standard of
housekeeping based upon clean working practices.
13.
Purchase of consumables and minor equipment to meet the
immediate requirements of the department up to an agreed monetary limit.
